Chairwoman of the ESG&D CommitteeBeth Krasna (1953) is chairwoman of the board of directors of Ethos Services since June 2018.
Beth Krasna holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from ETH Zurich and a MBA from Sloan School (MIT)in Cambridge, USA. She spent ten years in the field of venture capital, three years in consulting, then ten years in corporate restructuring as board member of Valtronic in Les Charbonnières (from 1992 to 1996) and Symalit in Lenzburg, before becoming CEO of Sécheron in Geneva from 1998 to 2000. From 2001 to 2003, she was CEO of Albert-Inc. in Lausanne. Since 2004, she has been an independent board member. She was a member of the boards of SBB (1999 to 2003), Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (2002 to 2014), Coop (2005 to 2019) and of the Council of the Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology (2003 to 2020).
Beth Krasna is currently vice-chairwoman of Symbiotics, a microfinance company, chairwoman of the Graduate Institute for International and Development Studies Foundation and member of the council of the «Università della Svizzera italiana».

Chairman of the Audit and Risk CommitteePhilippe Doffey (1960) is a member of Ethos Services’ board since 2012 as a representative of Retraites Populaires (Lausanne) and vice-chairman of the board since 2017.
Philippe Doffey has a degree in business and administration of the University of Lausanne (HEC) and an MBA from Western Washington University in the United States. He held various positions in project management, consulting and sales in the information technology industry, before joining Retraites Populaires in 1998. There he held different executive positions, particularly as head of marketing and consulting, before being appointed CEO in 2013. Furthermore, Philippe Doffey was chairman of Economie Région Lausanne from 2012 to 2016. In 2016 he also obtained the administrator certification of the Académie des Administrateurs (ACAD).
Philippe Doffey is member of the foundation board of the pension fund ECA-RP, treasurer of the Toms Pauli Foundation and vice-chairman of the board of the Genilem association.

CloseChairman of the Asset Management CommitteeDominique Becht (1969) is a member of Ethos Services’ board of directors since June 2020. Previously, he was a member of Ethos’ foundation board as representative of the Abendrot foundation since 2019.
Dominique Becht received a PhD in economics from the University of Basel. Since 1993, he held different positions in the asset management area and was mainly head of portfolio management for institutional clients at UBS Global Asset Management in Singapour, as well as responsible for investment funds in Asia. Then he occupied the position of CIO Asia Equities at ADIA in Abu Dhabi until 2006.
Dominique Becht is head of the asset management department of the Abendrot foundation and independant entrepreneur in the food industry (Solomania GmbH). He is a member of the board of directors of the d'EBL Wind AG and, since June 2020, member of the board of Swiss Sustainable Finance.

Member of the Asset Management CommitteeNicole Beiner (1964) is a member of Ethos Services’ board of directors since June 2020.
Nicole Beiner holds a master’s degree in economics and finance and a PhD in economics. Since twenty-five years, she has been working in the area of risk management and risk controlling of financial institutions on behalf of several banks, securities traders and asset managers. She was in particular in charge of the risk analysis unit (Risk Manager) for the Lombard Odier group from 2004 to 2008.
Nicole Beiner is is owner and CEO of Beiner Conseil d’entreprises SA . She is also Senior Advisor of the Training center for investment professionals (AZEK). Furthermore, Nicole Beiner is a member of the examination commission of the Swiss Financial Analysts Association (SFAA). She is also vice-chairwoman of the board of directors of the Rentes Genevoises, chairwoman of the board of directors of the Swiss securities firm Fidurhône SA and member of the board of directors of the company Suisse Estate Group (SEG).

CloseMember of the ESG&D CommitteeCornelia Diethelm (1972) is a member of Ethos Services’ board of directors since 2019. She’s representative of the main shareholder Ethos Foundation since June 2020.
Cornelia Diethelm holds a Master’s degree in Political and Social Sciences and Economics as well as a Master of advanced studies (MAS) in Digital Business. She held different positions in the communication and project management area, mainly as deputy general secretary for the construction, transportation and energy department for the canton of Bern, as well as consultant for Jäggi Communications (now known as Burson-Marsteller). From 2007 to 2018, she worked for the Federation of Migros Cooperatives, first as head of Issue Management, then, from 2010 to 2018, as head of Sustainability and Issue Management for the Migros group.
Cornelia Diethelm is owner and CEO of Shifting Society AG, co-owner of Datenschutzpartner AG and founder of the Centre for Digital Responsibility (CDR). She is also head of studies and lecturer at the Zurich School of Business Administration (Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich). Cornelia Diethelm is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Association for Corporate Data Protection (Verein Unternehmens-Datenschutz VUD) and a jury member of the «Green Business Award». Since June 2021 she is furthermore vice-chairwoman of the board of directors of Metron AG and since June 2022 member of the board of directors of Sparkasse Schwyz.
